At DViHA, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products before they are shipped. Since our jewelry is carefully curated and crafted, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where:
• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• You receive the wrong product.

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
1. Damaged or Defective Products
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits, to verify the issue.
2. Wrong Product Received
• If you receive an incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange.
• You must provide an unboxing video as proof of receiving the wrong item.
• Exchanges will only be processed once the incorrect item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. No Returns or Refunds for Sale Items
• Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Change of Mind:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind or if you no longer want the product. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Include:
• Your order number.
• A clear unboxing video showing the issue.
• Images of the product (if necessary).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
4. If the product is deemed to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. However, if the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase.
Important Notes
• Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process returns or exchanges.
• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
• In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched only after we receive and verify the returned item.
• If the damage or issue is found to be due to mishandling after delivery, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
